Anise seeds are distinguised by their licorice flavour. Sweet and very aromatic. Used in a wide variety of culinary recipes.When used in massage the oil is known to have a refreshing effect on the digestive system. 

Stimulant, uplifting, anti-depressant; this oil is useful for treatment of fever, indigestion, headaches, muscular tension, colds and chest infections. 

Sedative, anti-depressant, disinfectant, antibiotic; this oil is useful in the treatment of flatulence, urinary tract infections, acne and as an insect repellant. 

Delicately sweet and spicy, with coniferous under tones. Cardamom has a unique strong aromatic taste. Used in flavouring food,and drinks.

Sedative, anti-depressant, antiseptic; this oil is useful for regulating hormones, menopausal symptoms, PMT, cellulite and as part of a skin care routine for combination skin. 

A well known oil to help digestion. Also widely used to alleviate muscular cramps, aches and pains. Blends well with any citrus oils, sandalwood, patchouli. 

A very uplifting oil used to help clear acne and oily skin. Grapefruit oil is also used as an anti-cellulite oil due to its circulatory properties. Blends well with all other citrus oil, lavender, rosemary.
