Roses are renowned for their internal cleansing and cooling properties. Yunnan Red is a remarkable earthy tea that aids digestion.
Empty tea into a pot or large mug of freshly boiled water. Allow to infuse for a few minutes before drinking. You should refill with hot water and continue drinking throughout the day.
Infuse 1 tsp in 500ml of hot but not boiling water. The perfect temperature is around 85 degrees (listen to when you kettle starts rumbling loudly). If you brew in boiling water the infusion will start to taste bitter. Ideally use filtered water (not mineral!). Can be infused up to 3 times simply by adding fresh water. Increase the steeping time after the third steeping.
