Remove eyepillow from foil pack and secure in the eye pouch. Strap over your eyes, lie back and relax. Leave on for at least 15 minutes, breathe in the scent of the herbs. The pillow is fantastic when used either warm or cold. To warm simple place the pillow into a microwave at low temperature for 20 seconds. To cool, seal the pillow in the plastic bag and place in the freezer for up to 3 hours.
One eye pillow can last for many months (depending on climate).
