A high grade Fujian jasmine tea that is picked in early Spring. Fills the nose with an incredibly perfumed bouquet. A deluxe Jasmine.
Infused 5 times over 5 nights with freshly picked Jasmine flowers. This tea is bursting with fragrance. This is white tea and therefore has a very delicate and elegant flavour. Compared with our other Jasmines, this tea has a light tea flavour and a strong Jasmine scent.
Recommended ratio is one teaspoon per cup of water. Remember to use cooler than boiling water or your tea will taste bitter. If using a kettle, water is ideal when it begins to emit a rumble sound. If using a microwave, stop heating when tiny bubbles form. These are good signs that your water is at the right temperature. Can be infused up to 3 times simply by adding fresh water.
