This medicinal Chinese herbal blend helps you to wind down, shrug off worries and aids a restful sleep. It contains a powerful combination of ingredients, specially formulated by our expert herbalists. Longan Aril tonifies the spleen, Wolfberry Fruit (Gou Ji) promotes regeneration of liver cells, Biota Seed soothes the nerves and nourishes the heart, Wild Jujube is known for its sedative and tranquilising properties, Dogwood Fruit replenishes vital essence of liver and kidney, Poria breaks down dampness, and Bupleurum helps relieve stagnation of liver Qi. A calming brew to ease the mind and unwind. Perfect before bed time.
Empty one sachet into a pot or large mug of freshly boiled water. Allow to infuse for a few minutes before drinking. You should refill with hot water and continue drinking throughout the day (can be infused up to 8 times simply by adding fresh water). Increase the steeping time after the third steeping.
