Place 1 teaspoon in a mug or pot of freshly boiled water. Oolong teas taste best when prepared with boiling hot water (98C). Use filtered water that does not contain too many hard minerals. Leave to infuse for a few minutes. Get the most out of our tea by infusing up to 5 times.
