Contains 500mg Ling Zhi and 1500 mg Royal Jelly in each ampoule.
Shake ampoule well. Insert straw (provided) and drink the content of one ampoule in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach.
For best results take one ampoule per day, preferably early in the morning and no more.
