Restores a sense of balance and well-being. Geranium has long been valued for its stabilising and attuning properties. Clary Sage is known for being soothing whilst uplifting. Lavender is cherished for its multiple benefits including its deeply calming and equalising properties.
For massage, add a few drops to a base oil and massage into preferred areas. For a steam bath, add a few drops to a bowl of hot water or bath and inhale deeply. To burn, add a few drops to an oil burner and enjoy the fragrance as it gently fills the room.
