Helps to decongest and clear the respiratory system. Eucalyptus is a powerfully cleansing oil renowned for its anti-septic benefits. Tea Tree is highly valued for its anti-bacterial, anti-viral and immuno-stimulant qualities. Thyme is effective for chest infections and congestion.
For massage, add a few drops to a base oil and massage into preferred areas. For a steam bath, add a few drops to a bowl of hot water or bath and inhale deeply. To burn, add a few drops to an oil burner and enjoy the fragrance as it gently fills the room.
