An energizinh blend that enlivens the mind and body. Lemon is bracing, fresh and invigorating. Peppermint is livening, rousing and crisp. Rosemary is renowned for its stimulating effect on the circulatory and lymphatic systems as well as on the mind.
For massage, add a few drops to a base oil and massage into preferred areas. Try massaging vigorously all over your body in smooth, sweeping strokes directed towards the heart. For a steam bath, add a few drops to a bowl of hot water or bath and inhale deeply. To burn, add a few drops to an oil burner and enjoy the fragrance as it gently fills the room.
