A stronger variety of Ginseng to chew, use in cooking and to make tea. Known as the energy and anti-fatigue root. It tonifies the spleen and the lungs.




Directions:

Infuse 3-6g in a little boiling water for 10 minutes. Drink the liquid and chew the softened root.
