This formula is particularly renowned for soothing the liver (recognised for being the primary organ that reacts to stress and emotional disturbance) and strengthening the spleen (where symptoms of stress and emotional unease often manifest). Take 2 capsules 2-3 times daily, preferably with a warm drink.
Maximum 6 capsules daily.
