Very small silver buds and sage green leaves plucked in early Spring. A delicate flavour of sweet honey, chestnut and vanilla with a clean and refreshing finish.
Place 1 teaspoon in a mug or pot of hot water (not boiling, 82c) so it will not taste bitter. Leave to infuse for a few minutes. Drink and enjoy. TIP: get the most out of our tea by infusing up to 2-3 times.
