Place 1 teaspoon in a mug or pot of hot water (not boiling, 82c) so it will not taste bitter. Leave to infuse for a few minutes. Drink and enjoy. TIP: get the most out of our tea by infusing up to 2-3 times. Infuse 1 or 2 stars per cup.
